Amazing coach! Amazing coaching! Took me from feeling frazzled, unconfident, and feeling like I had lost control of the direction of my career, to taking back control of my career and my life. For the first time in a long time I feel re-engaged with my career, feel like a great doctor, and enjoy going to work again. It’s amazing what rebalancing your mindset and actions at work will do for your life outside of work as well. My coach helped me to regain all the confidence that had been drained out of me over years of unacceptable work conditions, and then some! Ashlee Brewer you are an inspiration! I can’t express how thankful I am that our lives had crossed paths!
I can't properly express how much I appreciated my coaching. It gave me so many strategies to help achieve my goals, and helped me get my confidence back. Thank you.
This is a life changer. I was going down the road of burn out way too early in my career and even thought about quitting vet med because of the toxic mindset in our profession along with no work life balance and no self care. Ashlee really helped me to see that what I feel is normal, and that I actually can change things and can reach the goals and work life balance I felt were so unattainable. I'm much happier now that I am able to set boundaries and take care of me. There's no need for this burnout culture!
I'd strongly suggest giving it a go.
I cannot say enough positive things about my coachingexperience with Ashlee! Her program is thorough, flexible and can be applied to any situation.
When I signed up, my intention was to work through a very challenging work environment and find a better work life balance. Part way through our sessions, I was given the opportunity to interview for anew job! Ashlee masterfully guided me through the interviews and presentation. I landed my DREAM JOB because of her assistance and the confidence boost I gained!
Our sessions shifted gears multiple times as we progressed. Each week I learned a lot about myself and truly grew as an individual and professional, Thanks to Ashlee!
